Job summary

Fronza & Francis is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to lead field electrical activities, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and maintain contract compliance. You will oversee installation of power distribution, lighting, grounding, and related systems while coordinating with mechanical, architectural, and civil trades.

The role requires strong field leadership, deep knowledge of electrical codes, and experience managing contractors, schedules, and safety programs on multi-discipline

Qualifications

• Degree in CM or related field; 7–10 years CM experience.
• Significant electrical construction coordination experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project schedules and address impacts to electrical construction activities.
• Coordinate electrical work with other trades to resolve clashes.
• Review plans, specs, RFIs, submittals and change documents for compliance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely project closeout documentation.

Education

Degree in construction management

Electrical engineering degree

Related field or equivalent experience
