The ideal candidate learns quickly, follows directions, and is willing to perform physical outdoor work, including lifting, trenching, and site cleanup, while traveling between job sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or laborer roles preferred; electrical experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work well with a team.
• Physically capable of lifting, digging, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to assigned job sites.
