Job summary

Agilix Solutions seeks a motivated Construction Inside Sales specialist for our St. Louis, MO team. You will work closely with electrical contractors, manage order entry and quotes, and deliver exceptional customer service in a full-time role.

You will report to the Inside Sales Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote products and grow sales in the electrical construction space.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience in electrical distribution.
• Strong problem-solving and quick response abilities.
• Able to promote products to meet and upsell customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration to execute company strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth with electrical contractors in the St. Louis market.
• Handle daily inbound calls from customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow up on orders and quotes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter quotes and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to fulfill orders and deliveries.
