Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in commercial electrical construction.
• Experience as a General Superintendent or senior field leader overseeing multiple projects.
• Proven ability to develop field leaders and manage large field organizations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, scheduling, labor productivity, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to multiple Superintendents and project teams.
• Direct field operations across multiple commercial electrical construction projects.
• Manage safety, quality, scheduling, manpower planning and project execution.
• Coordinate with ownership, executives, PMs, preconstruction, and field teams.
• Mentor Superintendents and other field leaders to build capability.
• Ensure resources, materials, and information are available for project delivery.
• Build relationships with general contractors, owners, and inspectors.
• Support delivery of complex healthcare and commercial projects.
