Job summary

WB Moore Company of Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Foreman to lead field crews on multi-state electrical projects. You will plan, supervise, and ensure safety and quality on site, coordinating with project managers and clients. Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a journeyman electrician with 3+ years in supervision, NC State Journeyman License, and strong blueprint skills. Qualifications

Five or more years as a journeyman electrician; preferably 3+ years supervising in electrical field.
Ability to manage 5–7 subordinates.
Able to interpret and implement blueprint specifications.
Must possess NC State Journeyman License.
Must have valid driver’s license for site transport.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties in accordance with company safety rules and regulations; report unsafe conditions.
Work with blueprints when installing electrical systems in buildings.
Install, connect, test, and maintain electrical systems for lighting and climate control.
Indicate locations of circuits, outlets, load centers, and equipment on blueprints.
Install new electrical equipment and replace breakers, fuses, switches, and components.
Train and supervise Green Helpers.
Understand conduit, wiring, and device installation for fire alarm systems.
Interact professionally with sub-code officials, project managers, and clients.
Monitor job progress and coach team members on productivity and quality.
