Job summary

Amteck is seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Operator to operate and maintain electrical construction equipment at job sites. This full-time role in Lawrenceburg, KY offers room for advancement.

Willingness to travel is desirable but not mandatory; electrical experience is preferred but not required. You will operate excavators, backhoes, trenchers, and augers, following project plans while coordinating with the team to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical construction equipment, including excavators, backhoes, trenchers, and augers.
• Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and safe operations on the job site.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety on the team.
• Assist with general labor duties, including material handling and site cleanup.
• Communicate progress, issues, and concerns to supervisors and project managers.
