Electrical Construction Division Manager – Rochester, MN

A well‑established and growing electrical contractor is actively seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Division Manager to lead operations and project execution for large‑scale commercial and industrial projects throughout the Rochester market and surrounding region.

This is a high‑impact leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background managing complex electrical construction projects, leading high‑performing teams, and driving operational success across multiple projects and clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee electrical construction operations for large commercial and industrial projects
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and field personnel
• Provide strategic leadership for project execution, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and client relations
• Drive operational excellence across multiple concurrent projects
• Mentor and develop project management and field leadership teams
• Work closely with executive leadership on growth strategy, staffing, and business development initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, GCs, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
