Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks an Electrical Construction Administrator to support commercial building projects during the construction phase in Mesa, AZ. You will work with design teams, owners, and contractors to ensure projects meet design plans, specifications, and quality standards.

The role includes site visits, submittal reviews, RFIs, pay apps, change orders, commissioning, and closeout. Travel to project sites is required; compensation up to $110K with a comprehensive benefits package and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management with relevant site experience.
• Equivalent hands-on experience in electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites to observe progress, quality, and compliance with project documents.
• Prepare site visit reports and construction meeting minutes.
• Review contractor submittals, project schedules, and construction documentation.
• Respond to contractor questions (RFIs) and provide design clarifications.
• Identify and report work that does not meet project requirements.
• Assist with pay application reviews, cost estimates, and change order evaluations.
• Participate in system start-up, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Prepare punch lists and review as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and closeout documents.
• Support warranty reviews and post-construction activities.
