Amentum is seeking an Entry-Level Electrical Component Test Engineer to support design, development, and testing of microelectronic components. You will work under close supervision on test circuit design, PCB development, and automated test program creation, interfacing with customers in design reviews.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in electrical engineering and have hands-on lab experience with oscilloscopes, meters, and analyzers. Collaboration across functions is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience with lab test equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, and analyzers.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across multiple functions in a collaborative environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and review tasks under close supervision.
• Design and development of test circuits for characterization of microelectronic components.
• Design and development of PCBs.
• Development of automated test programs.
• Interface with customers in design reviews and technical meetings.
