Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Commissioning Manager for data center construction in Virginia, USA. The selected candidate will lead commissioning activities on hyperscale projects, ensuring all systems meet design specifications and safety standards.

The ideal applicant has 3–7+ years of experience in the industry and a strong understanding of electrical infrastructure, project management, and communication skills. This is a critical role requiring travel and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years’ experience in electrical commissioning within mission critical or large-scale commercial environments.
• Strong understanding of data center electrical infrastructure including UPS and generators.
• Experience with commissioning processes and integrated systems testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end electrical commissioning activities on hyperscale data center projects.
• Manage commissioning plans for MV/LV distribution systems and UPS.
• Coordinate with construction teams, design consultants, and client commissioning agents.
