Munters Corporation is seeking a working cell leader to assist with wiring equipment and building electrical panels, while directing production team members in assigned areas. The role includes ensuring timely completion of orders and maintaining safety practices in a fast-paced factory setting.
You will lead daily team interactions, manage material receipt and usage, and contribute to continuous improvement through QA and paperwork accuracy. Overtime and weekend hours may be required.
Compensation Range: $ 23.11 plus $ 1.00
Working cell leader who, in addition to helping wire equipment or build electrical panels, is also responsible for assisting supervisor with daily work assignments and directing employees who report to production supervisor in specific work areas (i.e. flow lanes, sub-assembly areas). Additional work area assignments may apply.
Use hand and hand power tools, assembly fixtures, crane devices such as vacuum lifters, cranes and forklifts.
