Job summary

ESPO Corporation in Wallingford, CT is seeking an Electrical CAD Technician for a 12-month contract to hire. You will revise drawings, prepare basic component drawings from verbal or written instructions, and ensure compliance with drafting standards.

The role offers mentorship and opportunities for professional growth within our established team while collaborating with engineers and designers. A High School Diploma or GED with CAD certification is required, along with 1 year of relevant

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED with CAD certification required.
Min 1 year relevant drafting experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Revise existing drawings and prepare drawings of basic components from explicit verbal or written instructions or detailed sketches.
Plot drawings and ensure adherence to company and client drafting standards.
Learn and follow procedures and practices of a discipline; perform other duties as assigned.
Seize mentorship opportunities for professional growth within the team.
