Job summary

HDR is seeking an Electrical Business Class Leader to oversee operations, staff development, profitability, and quality control while coordinating services with other business classes. The role involves marketing planning, client engagement, and leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Architecture/Engineering or related field, 10 years of experience, and active professional registration.

10 years of experience.
Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
Professional registration and related technical experience.
Experience in development and management of diverse teams.
Collaborative with other area business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for operations of the electrical business class including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support.
Lead and coordinate services with other business classes.
Involve in marketing planning, proposals and interviews.
Collaborate with industrial and public clients in marketing and project production.
Ensure work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management.
Train and develop technical personnel.
Coordinate with National Directors and marketing staff on marketing and production efforts.
