Job summary

Wynen's is seeking an BIM Specialist I – Electrical to create and maintain BIM models for electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects in Maine. You will coordinate across trades, perform clash detection, and generate shop drawings and model-based takeoffs to support estimating.

You will also deliver as-built drawings reflecting field-installed conditions and work with project teams to ensure installation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in building and coordinating BIM models for electrical systems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across trades.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to translate BIM data into construction deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate electrical BIM models in Revit.
• Coordinate with other trades to support overall design integration.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve model coordination issues.
• Generate shop drawings from BIM models.
• Produce model-based takeoffs to support estimating and material quantification.
• Create and deliver as-built drawings reflecting field-installed conditions.
• Collaborate with BIM leads, project teams, and field personnel to ensure information accuracy for installation.
