Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking a BIM Specialist I – Electrical to support commercial and industrial projects by creating and maintaining Revit models of electrical systems and ensuring accurate, coordinated information for installation.

You will build and maintain electrical Revit models, coordinate with trades to support clash-free design, run clash detection with Navisworks, and produce shop drawings and model-based takeoffs. Collaboration with BIM leads and field teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP/electrical modeling.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection.
• Ability to generate shop drawings and model-based quantities/takeoffs.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction documentation.
• Attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and coordination skills.
