Electrical BIM Modeler

Location: Dallas, Texas

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 DOE

Job Type: Full-Time

We’re Hiring: Electrical BIM Modeler

We are looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate has hands‑on electrical industry experience along with strong Revit/BIM modeling skills and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced construction or engineering environment.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain detailed electrical BIM models using Revit
• Develop electrical layouts, plans, and construction documents
• Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, and mechanical disciplines
• Review drawings and models for accuracy, constructability, and potential conflicts
• Assist with clash detection and resolution
• Make revisions based on project requirements and field changes
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and field personnel
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure models meet project specifications
• Support projects from design through construction

What We’re Looking For

• Previous electrical industry experience required

• Experience working on commercial, industrial, or large‑scale electrical projects

Compensation

$60,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
