Job summary

Techture is seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role in the US. You will own the electrical model from preconstruction through field execution, coordinating with GCs and design teams to resolve clashes and drive constructability decisions.

You will support prefabrication, shop drawings, and field execution, ensuring field-ready models while maintaining BEP standards and coordinating with offshore teams as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of BIM coordination in US construction, with electrical scope.
• Strong command of power distribution, lighting layouts, cable tray sizing and routing.
• Proficient in coordinating multiple trades using clash detection tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical BIM model from preconstruction through field execution.
• Lead and participate in BIM coordination meetings with GC, design teams and other trades.
• Drive constructability decisions and ensure model buildability for the field.
• Support prefabrication, shop drawings and field installation methods.
