Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an Electrical BIM Designer to create and manage 3D models for electrical systems using Revit and related BIM tools. You will ensure models comply with project specs, codes, and industry standards while coordinating with engineers, architects, and contractors.

The role involves clash detection, design issue resolution, model exchanges with stakeholders, and maintaining models through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in electrical BIM design for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Revit for electrical systems modeling and coordination.
• Familiar with BIM 360, Navisworks, Revizto, and clash-detection workflows.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design concepts, codes, and standards.
• Excellent communication and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage 3D models for electrical systems using Revit and BIM tools.
• Ensure models comply with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts with multi-discipline teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, architects, and contractors.
