  • Perform clash detection using appropriate BIM coordination tools to identify and resolve conflicts between electrical systems and other building systems.

  • Work in close coordination with MEP teams to produce integrated, clash-free designs that support constructability and field installation.

  • Support field operations remotely by integrating 3D scans and field data into project models and ensuring accurate representation of site conditions.

  • Prepare, update, and manage technical documentation, including drawings, schedules, sleeve drawings, embedded field points, and coordinated shop drawings.

  • Conduct quality checks on models and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards and deadlines.

  • Apply knowledge of BIM and VDC technologies to improve modeling processes, enhance coordination, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Utilize digital collaboration tools to facilitate communication, model sharing, and accessibility for project teams and field personnel.
