Job summary

Gaston Electrical Co., LLC is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Norwood, MA to translate architectural and engineering documents into 3D electrical models for clash-free coordination with other trades. You will create As-Builts, coordinate shop drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, and work with the field team and project management to meet deadlines and deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of MEP coordination experience, hands-on Revit/AutoCAD skills, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Obtain electronic As-Built redlines for each project.
• Create As-Builts using AutoCAD & Revit.
• Coordinate 3D drawings and ensure clash-free designs with Sr. Coordinator/PM.
• Review shop drawings and clash reports for full coordination.
• Collaborate with Prefab and Electrical Design to plan spools.
• Support project deliverables and maintain quality control.
