Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Electrical & Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain electrical and automation systems across a food manufacturing site. You will assist in procurement, documentation, and training of operators and technicians while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, safety compliance, and continuous improvement within production processes, with a strong focus on reliability and cost-conscious engineering practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer license is a plus.
PMI PMP certification is a plus.
Industry experience in Food & Beverages or CPG is preferred.
Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and codes.

Responsibilities

Develop engineering skills through trainings and materials.
Support process improvements to enhance quality and safety.
Assist operation and maintenance of electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment and quality standards.
Contribute to sustainability and asset management efforts.
Assist in capital projects in the E&A area.
