Job summary

We seek an Electrical Associate Graduate Engineer to design and lead electrical systems for overhead and subsurface utilities, from initiation through construction and closeout, with growing client-facing responsibilities.

The role emphasizes ownership of design lifecycle, collaboration with management, and delivering practical, coded-compliant solutions for complex projects across multiple states.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related ABET-accredited program; EIT preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in electrical design for utilities.
• US driver’s license and work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for overhead and subsurface utility projects per specs and codes.
• Develop reports and construction documents using AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS.
• Manage all phases of the design lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with project management and leadership to address risk and client needs.
• Communicate complex design concepts to internal teams and field staff.
