Job summary

The Romanoff Group is seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager to join our Columbus-area team. You will assist in documenting change orders, coordinating trades, and tracking project schedules on our residential and commercial construction projects.

You will work under a Sr. Project Manager, gain hands-on experience, and help ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple markets while leveraging our employee-owned culture and supportive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Project Engineer.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in documenting change orders, submittals, RFIs, and other docs.
• Attend meetings and help with project coordination activities.
• Work with supervisors, trade contractors, and suppliers to support operations.
• Manage schedules, progress, shop drawings, and material releases to meet objectives.
• Support in monitoring project performance and regular reporting.
