Kelly Services in Andover, CT is seeking an Electrical Assembler to assemble printed circuit boards using thru-hole and SMT techniques, including hand soldering and touch-up. You will build cable and wire harness assemblies, read engineering drawings, and perform electromechanical assembly of enclosures and control panels.

Qualifications

• Experience reading engineering drawings and schematics.
• Ability to perform hand-soldering and SMT.
• Familiarity with cable and wire harness assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble printed circuit boards using thru-hole and SMT techniques, including hand soldering and touch-up.
• Build cable and wire harness assemblies: cutting, stripping, crimping, terminating, and routing wire per drawings.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and written work instructions.
• Inspect your own work and finished assemblies.
• Use hand tools, soldering irons, crimpers, and basic shop equipment safely.
