Job summary

MPE is seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembly Team Member to join our Milwaukee facility. You will perform final assembly of medical carts and enclosures to quality and production standards.

The role involves wiring, soldering, testing, and sub-assembly work in a climate-controlled environment, with ISO 5 clean room standards and ESD compliance. Shift: First Shift 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Electrical Assembly experience.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings required.
• Use of hand and power tools required.
• Quality checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Wiring, soldering, electrical testing, electrical assembly, and sub-assembly of medical device applications within a climate and particulate controlled environment.
• Complying with electrostatic discharge standards and ISO class 5 clean room standards.
• Using precision torque tools and following electrical assembly work instructions.
• Based on workload mix, responsible for the mechanical final assembly and/or subassembly operations of medical products on an assembly line.
• Verifying parts and may include verifying work other assembler’s work to quality standards.
• Following all safety efforts in the work center with the proper PPE and safety rules.
• Troubleshooting equipment and assembly builds as required.
• Maintaining a 6S workplace through housekeeping.
• Continued training and certification to reach Electrical/Mechanical Assembly Team Member Level Two and Three.
