AAON is seeking team members for our fast-paced assembly line. You will rotate through positions like assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping, learning multiple trade skills to grow your manufacturing career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Familiar with the use of various hand tools, tape measure, and power tools.
• Reliable, punctual with a positive attitude, self-starter
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install and fit parts for heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Consult with manufacturers, designers, line leads and Supervisors.
• Perform precision assembling.
• Perform basic low-voltage electrical wiring.
• Read and interpret engineering specifications from text and drawings.
• Attach brackets, hinges, or clips to secure parts.
