Job summary

You will follow drawings and SOPs, inspect finished work for quality, and work with hand tools to cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires. The position is 1st shift with a Monday-Friday schedule and a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly, electronics manufacturing, or electromechanical assembly preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical wiring, connectors, terminals, and related components.
• Ability to read and understand basic electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once trained.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and electromechanical components per drawings and work orders.
• Perform basic electrical wiring, cable routing, and component installations.
• Connect wires, terminals, connectors, switches, and other parts.
• Assemble control panels, wiring harnesses, and subassemblies.
• Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires.
• Install components with screws, bolts and hardware.
• Inspect assemblies for quality and specifications.
• Read schematics and blueprints to follow instructions.
• Identify defective components and assembly errors.
