Goshen Engineering in North Carolina is seeking hands-on Electrical Assembly Technicians to build electrical equipment and integrated systems across racks, skids, and switchboards. You will work from production orders, blueprints, and BOMs to complete assembly safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Our electrical power distribution division services include custom engineering of UL891 switchboards, integrated power skids, string inverter racks, EV charging solutions., custom bus duct and trough, and other fully integrated solutions for data centers, utility scale solar power, battery energy storage, electric vehicle charging, and industrial power distribution.

We're looking for hands-on Electrical Assembly Technicians to build electrical equipment and integrated electrical systems across our rack, skid, and switchboard assembly operations. You'll work from production orders, blueprints, assembly drawings, bills of material, work instructions, and approved changes to complete assembly work safely, accurately, and efficiently. The role offers progression from foundational assembly work through independent complex assembly, troubleshooting, peer support, and working-lead responsibilities based on demonstrated proficiency.
