The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with vocational certification and at least 2 years in electrical assembly, plus familiarity with hand tools, soldering, and basic test equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus relevant vocational or technical certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in electrical assembly or related role.
• Familiarity with IPC soldering standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical subassemblies, modules and battery units according to drawings and work instructions.
• Perform electrical and functional testing and record results.
• Inspect components, diagnose faults and escalate issues to engineering.
• Maintain build, test and quality records and follow procedures.
