Eaton Corporation is hiring an Assembly Technician II for MVA Offload. The role involves assembling, wiring, and modifying high/medium voltage components per specifications, using electrical and mechanical drawings, and supporting engineering with development tasks.

You'll work in a lean environment, regularly handling heavy parts, and will train peers to transfer knowledge. Strong tools experience and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year manufacturing experience in an industrial setting.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
• No relocation benefit; candidate must reside within 50 miles of South Bend, IN.

Responsabilités

• Assemble, wire, and modify work per guidelines for medium/high voltage assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Follow manufacturing drawings and instructions from supervisor or team lead.
• Fill ISO, quality, and production checklists as required.
• Mount/install electrical equipment and perform wire operations.
• Lift and handle heavy copper parts; inspect for loose hardware and cleanliness.
• Respond to changes, customer adjustments, and development needs.
