Job summary

Integra is seeking a Team Leader in Houston, TX to oversee electrical building teams and drive performance. You will interpret drawings, coordinate a skilled crew, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on projects.

Role requires NEC familiarity, PLC and panel installation experience, and strong leadership with a focus on continuous improvement. Travel up to 20% may be required; factory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a team lead or supervision role.
• Familiarity with NEC code (IEC or other standards a plus).
• Ability to read MV, LV, and Control drawings.
• Experience with electrical panels installation (MV/LV/MCC) and controls.
• Strong English communication skills; coaching and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and Lock-out Tag-out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interpret electrical drawings and communicate requirements to work teams.
• Identify and report discrepancies on drawings.
• Troubleshoot electrical and controls systems.
• Ensure project schedule milestones are met.
• Coach the work team to meet cost, quality and schedule targets.
• Manage and monitor work orders and plan resources.
