Konecranes is seeking an Electrical Assembly Supervisor to lead electrical installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning on overhead cranes on the Houston factory floor. You will drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with engineering, quality, and project management teams.

This role demands strong leadership, a solid knowledge of NEC/CSA standards, and experience in electrical assembly and production environments to ensure fully functional crane systems ready for

Qualificações

• Thorough knowledge of NEC and its application to industrial control panels.
• familiarity with CSA electrical requirements and Canadian compliance requirements.
• Experience interpreting electrical schematics, control drawings, and code requirements.
• Knowledge of UL, NEC, CSA safety standards in crane manufacturing and testing.
• Experience leading electrical assembly, industrial controls, wiring, commissioning, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience managing production schedules and workforce performance.
• Knowledge of motor controls, VFDs, PLCs in crane systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct electrical assemblers, technicians, and wiring personnel.
• Oversee electrical installation and wiring operations.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, CSA, and customer specifications.
