Job summary

Anderson Dahlen Inc. in Ramsey, MN seeks a hands-on electrical assembler. You will build, wire, and test electrical monitoring products, interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate assemblies in a safe, efficient environment.

Responsibilities include wiring harnesses, terminal blocks, transformers, enclosures, and related components; performing functional tests; and supporting quality improvements and documentation in a small production setting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on experience with electrical wiring and assembly.
• Practical understanding of electrical power systems.
• Ability to read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and drawings.
• Experience assembling or troubleshooting products with wiring, connectors, harnesses, and enclosures.

Responsibilities

• Build, wire, configure, and test electrical monitoring products and related assemblies.
• Work with wire harnesses, terminal blocks, current transformers, power connections, enclosures, connectors, fuses, breakers, labels.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, product specifications, and work instructions.
• Apply knowledge of AC/DC power, single-/three-phase systems, voltage references, grounding, and electrical safety.
• Identify wiring issues before products ship.
