Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Manufacturing Assembler in Faribault, MN to build products using hand and power tools, install labels, and verify dimensions per SOPs. You will interact with the Epicor production system for job orders and work in a climate-controlled facility with a two-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• reading and following written and verbal instructions in English.
• safely operate hand and power tools in a production environment.
• visually inspect components and subassemblies for quality.
• stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• experience with Epicor or similar manufacturing/tracking systems.
• High school diploma or GED.
• frequent lifting, standing, bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand and power tools to form assemblies.
• Install wire labels and device tags.
• Review and interpret job orders to understand work requirements.
• Interact with Epicor system to badge in/out of active job orders.
• Read and execute SOPs to safely operate equipment.
• Check completed units against specifications and tolerances.
• Use tape measures to verify dimensions.
• Perform visual inspections for defects.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and PPE compliance.
