Job summary

Premier PV is seeking a dedicated Utility employee to oversee the exterior cleanliness of the facility and to assemble, test, and package electrical equipment used in utility-scale solar projects, across multiple departments and shifts.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, an understanding of electrical systems, the ability to read technical drawings and schematics, operate a forklift, and maintain safety and quality standards while collaborating with production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Experience in production/manufacturing or assembly, preferably in electrical or solar-related industries.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee exterior cleanliness of the facility.
• Assemble, test, and package electrical equipment for utility-scale solar projects.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Follow technical specifications and diagrams with precision.
• Maintain safety guidelines and a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to meet targets and quality benchmarks.
• Document production processes, test results, and materials used.
