Job summary

The role requires coaching team members, coordinating with the Quality department, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals and customer deadlines.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in manufacturing with team lead responsibility.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, blueprints, electrical schematics, safety rules, and instructions.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees one-on-one and in groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team for assembly and testing of HV products.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery metrics.
• Schedule work, train staff, and coordinate material flow within the department.
• Improve processes through cross-functional teamwork and problem solving.
• Develop layout and process plans for each customer order.
• Coordinate manpower and overtime to meet changing demand.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
