Qualifications

• Tech school or appropriate combination of education, training, skills and experience preferred.
• Diploma/GED
• Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach

Responsibilities

• Follow shop procedures, prints, diagrams, and verbal/written instructions.
• Move materials and components to workstations and equipment as needed.
• Set up and assemble Padmount Switchgear per drawings and standards.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards and participate in Kaizen and team initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using tools and cleaning supplies.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues and improve documentation.
• Maintain reliable attendance, work efficiently, and support overtime needs.
• Complete any other related tasks as needed.
