Qualifications

• Ability to read complex blueprints and work independently.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles; UL requirements helpful.
• Experience with basic hand tools, air tools, gauges, and torque wrenches.
• 3–5 years of assembly experience.
• Ability to lift up to 26 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and schematics.
• Assembles wiring on parts and panels, and performs wiring assembly.
• Uses a wide variety of hand tools, air tools, and measuring equipment.
• Performs wiring assembly from start to finish for a job.
• Responsible for own quality checks and product quality.
• Assists with troubleshooting with supervision and engineering as needed.
• Performs other tasks to ensure asset utilization.
