Job summary

Apache Workforce in Houston, TX is seeking Electrical Assemblers to assemble, wire, and install electrical components per drawings and instructions. The role requires experience with electrical assembly, wiring, conduit, panels, and hand/power tools, with emphasis on safety and quality.

The position offers day and night shifts with a pay range of $21.00–$27.00 per hour, plus a 10% night shift differential. Applicants should be able to read electrical drawings and work with team members to meet

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly, industrial manufacturing, electrical installation, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with wiring, conduit, electrical components, and assembly processes.
• Experience using common hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Commitment to safe and quality-focused work practices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Install and connect wiring, conduit, panels, and electrical components.
• Route, pull, label, and secure wiring according to drawings and work instructions.
• Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Verify materials and components before beginning assigned work.
• Perform quality checks on completed assemblies.
• Identify and report damaged materials, equipment concerns, or quality issues.
• Maintain an organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment.
• Work with team members to support production schedules and quality requirements.
• Follow applicable safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
