Job summary

BW Papersystems is seeking an Electrical Assembler to install, wire, assemble, and test electrical components on company equipment in our Sheboygan facility. You will read complex schematics, perform precise wiring and terminations, and support machine testing.

The role requires teamwork, strong troubleshooting, and reliable attendance, with overtime as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels.
• Strong troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work orders.
• Assemble and wire control panels, switch boxes, and electrical systems.
• Check wiring for proper coding, continuity, and terminations.
• Participate in machine testing, troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Lead and train less-experienced team members.
• Maintain documentation for production and quality.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain organized work area.
• Maintain reliable attendance and overtime as required.
