Job summary

Provisur is an industry leader that designs precision‑engineered food processing equipment and services. An Electrical Assembler role is available in Illinois, with responsibilities to assemble and wire sub-panels, read schematics, test and troubleshoot, and collaborate with Engineering and Service teams.

You’ll also help prepare and ship equipment to customers. The position requires 2–4 years in electrical assembly or similar environments, ability to read electrical drawings, and proficiency

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of electrical assembly, panel wiring or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers and Loctite.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical sub-panels, custom cables, and peripheral components for machine production.
• Read and interpreted electrical schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings to ensure accurate builds.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, inspections, and quality checks to verify specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Service teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
• Assist with equipment preparation, packaging, and shipment to customers.
