Job summary

Provisur is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join our Illinois-based team. You will assemble and wire electrical sub-panels, read schematics, and ensure quality for high-speed food processing equipment.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering and Service teams to resolve issues, assist with packaging and shipment, and maintain a strong focus on safety and precision in a manufacturing setting. Requires 2-4 years in electrical assembly and a High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read & understand electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers and Loctite.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical sub-panels, custom cables, and peripheral components for machine production
• Read and interpreted electrical schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings to ensure accurate builds.
• Performed testing, troubleshooting, inspections, and quality checks to verify compliance with specifications.
• Collaborated with Engineering and Service teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
• Assist with equipment preparation, packaging, and shipment to customers.
