Job summary

ALVEST is seeking an Electrical Assembler in Windsor, CT on a full-time basis. You will assemble electrical components and wire equipment, interpreting drawings to ensure accurate builds. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

The position runs Monday–Friday on 1st shift, 6:30am–3:00pm, offering hourly pay in the $20–$24 range with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling industrial electrical components and wiring instruments.
• Ability to interpret assembly and sub-assembly drawings and sketches.
• Must be able to move safely in constrained spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and wiring equipment with hand tools.
• Operate and maintain production equipment; ensure safety for self and teammates.
• Accurately interpret drawings and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Keep daily time logs of work performed on travelers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
