Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly or related technical field preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and install electrical components and subassemblies.
• Interpret and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Perform inspections and functional testing for quality and workmanship.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and traceability documentation.
• Identify and communicate assembly discrepancies or process concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and quality goals.
• Adhere to safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
