Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in electrical assembly or related technical field.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, measurement devices, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and install electrical components, harnesses, panels, and subassemblies.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Perform inspections and functional testing to ensure quality.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and traceability records.
• Identify and communicate assembly discrepancies or process issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet schedules and quality goals.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and manufacturing procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
