Job summary

Kelly in Corona, CA is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join a premier manufacturing client. You will assemble electrical switchgear systems by interpreting blueprints, install breakers, load-break switches, current transformers, breaker kits, bus bars, grounding cables, and use drills and grinders to complete assemblies.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of assembly experience with high- or low-voltage equipment.
• Blueprint-reading skills will be assessed during the interview.
• Experience assembling large electrical switchgear is a plus.
• Comfortable using drills, grinders and other hand/power tools.
• Reliable work history and strong attention to detail.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical switchgear systems by interpreting blueprints and drawings.
• Install electrical components including breakers, load-break switches, transformers, bus bars and grounding cables.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
• Verify hardware, bolt sizes and components for quality and compliance.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure accurate builds.
• Maintain high standards of precision, production and safety.
