Aerotek is seeking an Electrically skilled Assembler in Avondale, AZ. You will wire and assemble industrial equipment, following drawings and BOMs, and connect motors, sensors, and control panels.

This role requires precise cable management, safe tool handling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position offers permanent, onsite work with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities, including training abroad for initial weeks and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly or industrial wiring in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and wiring schedules.
• Proficient in wiring, routing, crimping, stripping, and terminating wires with attention to safety and quality.
• Capable of identifying electrical components and ensuring proper grounding and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Wire and assemble industrial equipment following drawings and BOMs.
• Route, label, strip, crimp, and terminate wires to meet standards.
• Connect motors, sensors, actuators, and control panels per requirements.
• Inspect wiring for quality and safety, document issues and rework as needed.
• Collaborate with assembly, testing, and quality teams to maintain flow.
