Qualifications

• One year minimum assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read written procedures and understand wiring diagrams/schematics/work orders/blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of using common hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, tape measures, wrenches, vice grips, levels, and pliers.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• All candidates must pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine material requirements or assembly instructions.
• Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components using small manual and power tools.
• Adjust, repair, or replace electrical parts to meet specifications.
• Measure and adjust voltages to specified values for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and participate in training and cross-training.
