Build more than Equipment – Build Experiences!
Not your typical shop job…

If you’re the kind of person who likes working with your hands and occasionally stepping out of the manufacturing space to see your work come to life in the real world – this role hits both!

At ABEC, you won’t just assemble electrical systems, you’ll help bring large‑scale, high‑impact equipment to life…sometimes onsite and sometimes at customer sites, where it all comes together.

What You’ll Do
  • Assemble and wire electrical systems using schematics from our in‑house design team.
  • Build precision equipment used in advanced liquid medicine manufacturing environments.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and make sure things work right.
  • Travel within the US or internationally to customer sites to support installations and final setups.
Why This Role Stands Out
  • Manufacturing shop teamwork to create state‑of‑the‑art custom equipment.
  • Travel opportunities: not constant, but just enough to break routine and expand your experience.
  • See the impact: watch your work go from concept to build to real‑world operation.
  • Grow your skill set: exposure to different environments, systems, and challenges.
What You Bring
  • Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or industrial controls.
  • Ability to read schematics and follow technical drawings.
  • Pride in a clean, safe, quality‑focused work environment.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites to install and startup the same equipment you created back in the ABEC building in Bethlehem, PA.
What You Get
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Travel premium and per diem pay
  • Discretionary bonuses
  • 10% shift differential for 2nd shift
  • Day 1 benefits – medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 3 weeks paid vacation & 10 paid holidays per year
  • Industry‑leading 401K plan (40% match)
  • Company‑paid life insurance
  • Safe, clean, climate‑controlled work areas
  • Company‑provided uniform shirts and PPE
  • Steel‑toe boot vouchers
  • College tuition benefit program
  • Employee referral programExciting employee events: food trucks, ice cream socials, BBQ's, baseball games, cornhole tournaments, and more!
The Bottom Line

This isn’t just about putting parts together. It’s about being part of a team that builds and travels together.

If you want a role where your skills take you beyond the workbench from time to time, this is your opportunity!
