Job Title: Electrical Assembler Job Description

As an Electrical Assembler, you will engage in the assembly of mechanical, electrical, or electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems following detailed work instructions. You will utilize a variety of hand and power tools to execute precise assembly tasks, and install components, wiring, fasteners, or casings using techniques such as bolts, rivets, soldering, or micro-welding. Additional duties include cleaning parts and finished assemblies using approved methods and inspecting work to ensure quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications. Maintaining production equipment, tools, and a clean work area will also be a key part of your role.

Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, painting, electrical testing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform physical activities including standing and walking for extended periods, with frequent use of hands for tasks requiring dexterity and grip.
• Capability to lift, carry, or move materials up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs consistently.
• Effective communication skills to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy in a manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Millington, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
